Family Day Steam Sessions at The Great Northern Sauna Village

Spend Sunday morning steaming with the whole crew! Join us for a special session that the entire family (5 years and up) can enjoy. Enjoy our 22 saunas, enjoy outdoor games like corn hole and mega pong, and sample tap water from around the state at the Minnesota Humanities Center’s Water Bar, a hydrating and educational experience. Each family member is required to be registered to attend, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Join Mpls.St.Paul Magazine every Sunday for Family Day at The Great Northern Sauna Village. Take a break before, during or after your session at the fireside s’more station provided by Mom’s Design Build.

Attendees are also invited to relax fireside in the Room & Board vignettes under ambient lights to enjoy time with companions, or slide up to the We Are Water MN’s Water Bar to rehydrate and reconnect with our most precious resource and the relationships—both natural and human—it sustains. Malcolm Yards will be open just feet away to serve you a festive libation or fare.

How to prepare: Bring easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, a towel, a robe to wear to and from the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Bathing suits are required, and we recommend coming already dressed to maximize sauna time. Please note that Malcolm Yards requires shoes and either a robe or clothes to be worn indoors.
